My Practice

Working across collage, sculpture, performance, painting, moving image and public art, my practice explores decolonial methodologies, overlooked histories and invites conversations around identity, memory and resistance.

Through research-led projects, I draw together archival material, personal narratives and public participation to challenge familiar and unfamiliar histories.

I graduated with First Class Honours in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London and have worked across galleries, public spaces and cultural institutions.

My work has been exhibited at Tate Britain, Tate Exchange, the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) and the Paul Mellon Centre, and I have collaborated with organisations including the National Trust, Bristol City Council, Fairtrade Foundation, Creative Debuts, Spike Island, The World Reimagined, Bristol University and WEMA.

Alongside my studio practice, I design and deliver workshops for museums, schools, universities and community organisations, creating collaborative spaces where participants explore history, identity and social change through making.

Whether creating a public artwork, exhibiting within a gallery or leading a workshop, I am interested in how art can encourage dialogue and create spaces for marginalised voices and those who experience social barriers to accessing the arts.
