Imprisonment examines the psychological and structural legacies of colonialism, exploring how systems of power continue to shape ideas of race, identity and belonging. Inspired by the writings of Frantz Fanon and Aimé Césaire, the work reflects on the enduring impact of colonial thought and the ways in which it continues to influence contemporary society.
